Description
The ejector sleeves is a kind of plastic mould accessories used in
conjunction with ejector pins, it looks like a hollow ejector pins.
When there are circular through-holes or blind holes in the
injection products and it must be ejected, the ejector sleeves
should be used.
Materials
SKH-51 high-speed tool steel is an internationally-used
tungsten-molybdenum tough high-speed steel. The steel has fine and
uniform carbide particles, high toughness, excellent cutting
performance and good thermoplasticity. It has good wear resistance
and is especially resistant. 600 ° C high temperature is not easy
to soften, good red hardness, heat treatment quenching hardness can
reach 64HRC, wear resistance is 2 times higher than high chromium
high carbon steel, toughness 1.5 times, but its heat treatment
process is more difficult.
