Material
The material of guide pins usually uses bearing steel, die steel and so on. The bearing steel 20Cr material is a high carbon chromium bearing steel ,that has been quenched and hardened to have high hardness, uniformity and wear resistance. Due to its ability to harden to HRC60 and high carbon wear resistance, it is the most widely used bearing steel. It is suitable for all kinds of bearing rings and rolling elements.
